Rental cottage or independent rural living quarters with a capacity for 6 to 8 persons, restored on the basis of the old barn, whereby its yard and semi-circular arches have been conserved, thus creating a very cosy environment with the following rooms and equipment:

- Totally equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven and oven.
- Two double rooms with double beds and a spare bed.
- Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
- A loft composed of a living room-bedroom with TV - DVD and table games.
- Bed with safety guard available.
- Wifi service.
- Terrace with garden, table and barbecue under a porch.

The exterior part is big and is for common use, with ample green zones and playground, swings, toboggan, a goal, basketball, volleyball, badminton, terraces with garden, tables, barbecues and swimming pool.
The living quarters are handed over with complete household equipment, towels, sheets, table cloths and all of the kitchen devices and equipment.
